As the research says that a mentally fit person can easily defeat a physically fit person. But it will be much difficult for a physically fit person to defeat a mentally fit person.
Physical fitness is also an important part of one’s life. But as I said earlier mental fitness is much more essential for the development of one. You can only concentrate and do enough physical activity when you are mentally fine. Otherwise, you will end up losing the race because you get weak to be a part of one.
